Sec. 6-3.15. Bathhouse and toilet facilities

- (a) General.Toilet facilities and lavatories including diaper changing areas shall be maintained and conveniently located at a spray ground.(b) Walls and floors of the bathhouse shall be kept clean and free from cracks or open joints. The floors shall be well drained.(c) All fixtures within the bathhouse shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.(d) All toilet facilities and dressing rooms shall be ventilated and maintained.(e) Showers, when provided, shall be supplied with water at a temperature no more than 110°F. Thermostatic, tempering or mixing valves shall be kept in good operation to prevent scalding of the users. Shower curtains shall be kept clean.(f) All lavatories shall be provided with soap, paper towels or electrical hand-drying units, and covered waste receptacles. Suitable sanitary napkin receptacles shall be provided in toilet facilities used by females.
