Sec. 66-1.7. School survey

Every school, shall annually provide the Commissioner of Health, or in the city of New York the New York City Commissioner of Health, by a date determined by the applicable commissioner, a summary regarding compliance with the provisions of this section. For all schools, excluding public schools within New York City, the summary will be provided in the form of the yearly school survey conducted by the Department of Health.
