Sec. 69-11.13. Assisted reproductive service provider informed consent and applicability of reproductive tissue bank regulations

All assisted reproduction service providers shall adhere to all applicable tissue bank regulations set forth in Part 52 of this Title, including but not limited to the informed consent requirements therein.
