Where necessary for licensees (nonpractitioner category) to handle several classes of controlled substances separately, for example, damaged goods, returned goods and goods in process, the controlled substances may be stored apart from the main stock of controlled substances, provided that each storage area complies with the security requirements set forth in this Part.
