Sec. 85.38. Child/Teen Health Plan (also known as Child Health Assurance Program)

A free-standing diagnostic and treatment center which participates in the Medicaid program shall submit billings with the appropriate specialty codes which accurately reflect all health services provided to children eligible for the Child/Teen Health Plan (also known as Child Health Assurance Program) as defined in 18 NYCRR 501.1(a) in order to assure maximum utilization of such services.
