Sec. 96.10. Training agencies; administration, organization and faculty

- (a) An accredited academic institution applying for approval of the course of study, degree program or course work in nursing home administration shall supply all data necessary for a complete evaluation of the administration, organization, faculty, physical facilities, student policies, curriculum and instruction and such other information, data and records as the board may require which pertain to the course of study, degree program or course work.(b) The board shall be notified promptly of any proposed substantial changes in the approved degree program, course work or course of study, including on-line or correspondence courses, to obtain continued approval by the board.(c) A site inspection of a and academic institution or training agency or its affiliate may be made by an officer of the board or a representative acceptable to the board.
