Sec. 98-3.3. General requirements related to filing of annual audited financial reports and audit committee appointment

Latest version.

(a) Every MCO shall file an audited financial report with the commissioner on or before April 1st for the year ended December 31st immediately preceding.
(b) Every MCO required to file an annual audited financial report pursuant to this Subpart shall designate a group of individuals to constitute its audit committee.
