Sec. 400.14. Request for patient review instrument (PRI) data

(a) For purposes of this section, PRI data shall mean that data submitted by a residential health care facility on the PRI forms submitted pursuant to section 86-2.30 of this Part.
(b) All requests for PRI data shall be processed pursuant to section 400.18 of this Part.
