Sec. 425.18. Services for registrants with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) and other high-need populations

- (a) Applicability.(1) This section applies to an adult day health care program approved by the commissioner pursuant to Part 710 of this Chapter as a provider of specialized services for registrants with AIDS and other high-need populations that in the discretion of the commissioner would benefit from receiving adult day health care services.(2) For purposes of these regulations, AIDS means acquired immune deficiency syndrome and other human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) related illness.(b) General requirements.The program shall provide comprehensive and coordinated health services in accordance with this Article and requirements set forth in Part 759 of this Title and shall receive payment for such services in accordance with section 759.14 of this Title.
