(a) Partial decertification of beds in a unit.
The date proposed in the hospital's letter of intent to decertify filed with the Department of Health and subsequently approved.
(b) Retroactive decertification of part or all of a unit.
The date promulgated by the Department of Health.
(c) Full decertification of beds in a unit.
The date the last patient was discharged from the unit.
