Sec. 640.3. Applications for authority for nonprofit corporations to solicit or apply for funds for development and establishment of comprehensive health services facilities

Any person, partnership or corporation which does not have the finances necessary to support the development of comprehensive health services and the establishment of such facilities shall make application to the Public Health Council for its approval of the solicitation of or application for funds to be used for such development and establishment. Such application shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Parts 600 and 610 of this Title.
