Sec. 705.5. Technical advisory groups

The commissioner shall appoint appropriate technical advisory groups to be comprised of members with expertise in the area of innovations in medical technology, the medical profession, and health care industry to review, and make recommendations relating to, the selection of applications for demonstration projects. The technical advisory groups shall meet as appropriate.
