Sec. 769.3. Physical plant environment and equipment

A VFCA health facility shall maintain a physical plant environment and equipment to provide limited health-related services in accordance with guidance posted on the department and office websites. Upon request, the VFCA shall provide the department with any information relating to its physical plant environment and equipment necessary to evaluate its application to provide limited health-related services.
