Sec. 13.3. Applicability

This Part shall be applicable only to insurance policies issued or renewed in this State after March 1, 1971, and is in addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicable requirements of the Insurance Law and department regulations. The requirements of this Part are not applicable to methods of merchandising other than mass merchandising plans as defined in section 13.2 of this Part.
