Sec. 13.6. Statistics

An insurer selling insurance pursuant to mass merchandising plans shall maintain separate statistics as to loss and expense experience pertinent thereto. Calendar year expense data shall be maintained by line of insurance in the same detail as required by Parts 105-109, infra, (uniform accounting). Annual reports of premiums, losses and expenses by line of coverage shall be filed with the superintendent for the calendar year no later than April 1st of the following year in accordance with a form prescribed by the superintendent.
