Sec. 17.6. Additional standard claim forms

Standard claim forms for the services of other health care providers may be established by the superintendent upon a demonstration that such standard claim forms are required because existing claim forms fail to produce the desired efficiency in claim processing, and that additional standard claim forms will result in a more expeditious and economical settlement of claims.
