The following Part 7 is promulgated to establish procedures to effectuate the purposes of section 1204 of the Insurance Law, prohibiting the sale or offer for sale of securities of certain unauthorized insurers to the public in this State, and regulating advertising used in connection with certain offerings of insurance securities.
