The purpose of this Part is to prescribe the terms and conditions under which certain group annuity contracts and funding agreements may be delivered or issued for delivery in the State of New York. This Part provides disclosure requirements, rules for contract withdrawals to pay certain defined contribution plan benefits and rules relating to contract terminations.
