Pursuant to the provisions of section 25.13 of the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law, policies of insurance providing liability insurance coverage to owners or operators of snowmobiles operating on the roadway or shoulder of a public street or highway in the State of New York must be in such language and form as shall be determined and established by the Superintendent of Financial Services.
