Sec. 81-1.3. Waivers and additional information

The superintendent may waive the filing of any of the information required herein upon good cause shown and upon such terms as he deems appropriate, and may require the filing of such additional information as he deems necessary to implement the purposes of article 16 of the Insurance Law and this regulation.
