Sec. 81-2.10. Waivers, extension of time to file and additional information

The superintendent may waive or extend the time for the filing of any of the information required herein upon good cause shown and upon such terms as he deems appropriate, and may require the filing of such additional information necessary to implement the purposes of article 17 of the Insurance Law and this Subpart.
