Sec. 81-2.4. Information report for subsidiaries

Every parent corporation that has acquired one or more subsidiaries shall on or before May 1st of each year file with the superintendent an information report on form IR (see Appendix 22, infra) for each subsidiary owned directly or indirectly. Such information report shall correspond to the subsidiary's fiscal year.
