Sec. 81-2.7. Annual reporting for companies engaged directly in business pursuant to section 1714 of the Insurance Law

On or before May 1st of each year an annual report on form ARA (see Appendix 22, infra) shall be filed for every activity engaged in directly by the domestic life insurer under section 1714 of the Insurance Law.
