Sec. 88.2. Submission of plan

An insurer proposing for any reason to cease to maintain its existing licensing status in this State shall, at least 45 days prior to such proposed action, submit to the Superintendent of Financial Services, for his approval, a plan to protect the interests of the people of this State.
