  • Any document filed with the superintendent pursuant to the provisions of this Part is generally considered to be a record of the superintendent and is, therefore, public information. At the time of the submission of any such document, however, the insurer may request the superintendent to except from disclosure any or all of the information contained in such document in accordance with Part 241 of Title 11 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York.
