Sec. 153.10. Group insurance producers

No person shall act as an insurance agent or broker in regard to any group or quasi-group program, unless duly licensed under article 21 of the Insurance Law, consistent with section 5911(c) of the Insurance Law in connection with a federal purchasing group.
