Sec. 363.7. Maximum employee contribution

(a) In accordance with Workers’ Compensation Law section 209(3)(b), the superintendent shall set the maximum employee contribution on or before June 1, 2017 and annually thereafter on or before September 1st.
(b) Collection of the maximum employee contribution shall be done in accordance with the requirements set forth in Workers’ Compensation Law section 209.
