Sec. 38.33. Specific requirements for well-logging operations

- (a) Purpose.The requirements of this section are established for persons conducting well-logging operations in New York State. The requirements of this section are in addition to, and not in substitution of, other requirements of this Part (rule).(b) Specific requirements.Each person conducting well-logging operations shall comply with the provisions of Part 39 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, “Licenses and Radiation Safety Requirements for Well-Logging”; July 1, 1993 edition.
