Sec. 45-6.2. General requirements

In addition to the special requirements of this Subpart, all applicable provisions of Subparts 45-1 and 45-2 of this Part (rule) shall be complied with by the owner. Each go-kart track shall be permitted separately as required by section 45-1.12 of this Part. Where there are conflicts between this section and other sections of this Part (rule) this section shall take precedent.
