In addition to the definitions in sections 45-1.3 and 45-2.3 of this Part:
(a) Go-kart means a self-propelled motorized vehicle that is designed to be driven on a go-kart track where the driver has control over acceleration, deceleration, stopping and steering of the vehicle.
(b) Go-kart track means a fixed and defined course designated for the operation of go-karts.
