Sec. 45-6.6. Go-kart track surfaces

Go-kart tracks shall be designed so that:
(a) the paths do not cross at any location;
(b) surfaces are:
(1) hard and smooth;
(2) free of ruts, holes, and bumps;
(i) dirt go-kart tracks shall be compacted and free of loose stones;
(c) loading and unloading areas are:
(1) clearly designated;
(2) graded; and
(3) free of tripping hazards.
