Within and for the purposes of the Department of Labor this Part (rule) may be known as Industrial Code Rule No. 47 relating to transparent glass doors in mercantile establishments and in public and commercial buildings and structures, and may be cited as Rule 47 as an alternative and without prejudice to its designation and citation established by the Secretary of State.
