Sec. 56-10.4. Removal of waste from the site

All waste generated as part of the asbestos project shall be removed from the site within ten calendar days after successful completion of Phase II C for all regulated abatement work areas at the site. All waste generated during the asbestos project shall be legally disposed of at an approved landfill facility. All generated waste removed from the site must be documented, accounted for and disposed of in compliance with the requirements of EPA NESHAP.
