Sec. 65.36. Depositions

(a) Depositions of parties or witnesses are not allowed unless ordered by the board upon a showing of good cause.
(b) An application to depose a party or witness must be made by motion in the same manner as a motion addressed to the pleadings brought under section 65.24 of this Part.
