Sec. 65.46. Exhibits

- (a) All exhibits offered in evidence must be numbered or lettered and marked with a designation identifying the party offering the exhibit. Unless the board finds it impractical, each party’s exhibits must also contain a unique sequential number for each page, file or image.(b) Unless the board or hearing officer finds it impractical, a copy of each exhibit must be provided to all other parties and the board or hearing officer.(c) In the absence of an objection, exhibits will be admitted into evidence as part of the record unless excluded by the board or hearing officer.(d) All exhibits offered, but denied admission into evidence, must be identified and placed by the hearing officer into a separate file designated for rejected exhibits.
