Sec. 65.17. Method of filing  


Latest version.
  • (a) All documents may be filed by mail, courier, delivery service, or in person at the board’s principal office in Albany during normal business hours; electronically, at a location determined and designated by the board; or by any other method authorized by the board.
    (b) A document is timely if it is postmarked or electronically time-stamped within the time provided for by these rules but is not deemed filed until received by the board. A document filed electronically will be considered filed with the board at the time the electronic transmission indicates it was received by the board.
