Sec. 65.27. Extension of time to file a pleading or other document

(a) Any application for an extension of time to file any pleading or other document required by this Part must be filed with the board, and copied to all other parties, no later than three days prior to the date the pleading or other document is due and must state the ground or grounds for the request. Any party objecting to an application for an extension of time to file a pleading or other document must do so promptly in writing and copy all other parties to the proceeding.

(b) The statute of limitations for filing a petition to commence a proceeding cannot be extended by the board.
