Sec. 80-4.3. Small carpets and rugs

Any small carpet or rug shall be deemed highly flammable and dangerous if it fails to meet the standard contained in Appendix F-4 of this Part (Standard for the Surface Flammability of Small Carpets and Rugs [Pill Test], DOC FF 2-70, issued by the U. S. Secretary of Commerce.)
