Sec. 80-4.4. Children's sleepwear

- Any item of children's sleepwear shall be deemed highly flammable and dangerous if it fails to meet the standard contained in Appendix F-5 of this Part (Standard for the Flammability of Children's Sleepwear, DOC FF 3-71, as amended, issued by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce). This section shall become effective on July 29, 1973, provided however, that the temporary labeling requirements for non-complying items in paragraph.5(b) of Appendix F-5 of this Part (Standard for the Flammability of Children's Sleepwear, DOC FF 3-71, as amended, issued by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce) shall become effective on April 27, 1973.
