Sec. 80-7.1. Application

This Subpart shall apply to all sleeping bags manufactured or sold in New York State on or after March 1, 1979.
Exception:
Existing inventories of sleeping bags on March 1, 1979, may not be wholesaled after March 31, 1979, nor retailed after July 15, 1979.
