Sec. 81.2. Notice of receipt of application

Upon receipt of such application and copies of the device, the Industrial Commissioner shall cause a notice of the application for registration to be published in the New York State Bulletin. Such notice shall contain the name, business address and affiliation of the organization making the application and a copy of the device of such size as may be read without difficulty.
