Sec. 146-3.7. Meal

- (a) A meal shall provide adequate portions of a variety of wholesome, nutritious foods and shall include at least one of the types of food from all four of the following groups:(1) fruits or vegetables;(2) grains or potatoes;(3) eggs, meat, fish, poultry, dairy, or legumes; and(4) tea, coffee, milk or juice.(b) Meals shall be deemed to be furnished by an employer to an employee when made available to that employee during reasonable meal periods and customarily eaten by that employee.
