Sec. 175.8. Driver returning to home

Nothing in this Part prohibits an operator of a motor bus upon completion of the statutory limit of driving time or on duty time from returning to his home as a passenger upon a bus owned and operated by his employer, provided that he is furnished with the same accommodations as other passengers, and provided that after using such accommodations he goes off duty for eight consecutive hours.
