Sec. 176.2. Revocation of permits

The Industrial Commissioner may revoke a permit for either of the following reasons:
(a) the making of false material statements in the application for the permit;
(b) the occurrence of incidents, or the existence of circumstances related to the employment of women during the specified hours which are detrimental to the health and welfare of such women.
