Sec. 275.3. Withdrawal and replacement of arbitrator

The Board of Mediation, for reasons which the board considers adequate, may withdraw the designation of an arbitrator in any matter and may thereupon replace such arbitrator by another selected in accordance with the board's usual procedure governing such matters; provided, however, that the withdrawal and replacement is made before the original designee has actually commenced to perform his function as arbitrator.
