Sec. 325-5.4. Eligibility to participate in the HIMP process

Only a health insurer shall be eligible to participate in this program. A health insurer may contract with a HIMP agent, as defined in sections 325-5.2 (h) of this Subpart and 325-6.1(i) of this Part, to act on its behalf. The HIMP agent must satisfy all requirements set forth in sections 325-5.2(h) of this Subpart and 325-6.1(i) of this Part to maintain its eligibility to participate in this program.
