Sec. 328.8. Oaths, record of proceedings

- The arbitrators shall be required to take the oath of office. The chairman, Workers' Compensation Board, shall appoint a recording clerk, who is authorized to administer oaths under the Workers' Compensation Law, who shall administer the oath, and make a record of the proceedings on the prescribed form. The chairman, Workers' Compensation Board, shall also appoint a secretary to the arbitration committee. A stenographic transcript of the hearing shall not be required.
