Sec. 331.1. Limitation of psychology treatment

- A psychologist who is authorized to treat workers' compensation claimants shall be limited, pursuant to law, to the diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of mental, nervous, emotional and behavioral disorders and illnesses, and shall render such treatment only within the field of his or her professional competence as recognized by his or her profession.
