Sec. 331.8. Psychologist fees for hearing purposes

- A psychologist who testifies at hearings or examines claimants or participates in examination for evidential material for compensation case hearings purposes only, without treatment, may accept fees for such services from the claimant, employer or carrier requesting the examination.
