Sec. 341.4. Required authorization

All rules and regulations of the chair, relating to authorization for special services as set forth in section 325-1.4 of this Title, are made applicable to requests for authorization for special podiatry services to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of section 13-k of the Workers' Compensation Law, and the other provisions duly promulgated thereunder.
